Merge PDFs
Combining whole documents
To join several documents into one, enter Select mode in the library, tick the documents you want, and choose Combine from the More actions menu. Colophon builds a new PDF from them in the order they appear on screen, copying every page verbatim so sizes and rotations are preserved, and opens the result. The originals are left untouched.
Inserting pages from another PDF
When you'd rather weave pages into a document you already have open, use Insert Pages from Pages mode instead: it brings in pages from another PDF — one already in your library or one from Files — and drops them wherever they belong in the current document. Combine makes a fresh document out of whole files; Insert Pages edits one document in place.
Extracting pages
Pulling a set of pages out into a brand-new document isn't a dedicated action yet. In the meantime, Pages mode's Duplicate lets you copy a page, and Delete lets you remove pages you don't want in a given document, so you can shape a document down to the pages you need even without a one-tap extract.
